A big congrats to Jane and Arlene, two family members expecting babies this year. Arlene in a couple of months, and Jane, who is due when we will be holidaying in Hawaii in August/Sept of this year.
So there has been much talk of babies around here lately. Has prompted some funny comments from Jasmin as well:
Jasmin: Mummy do you have a baby in your tummy?
Me: Well no, why do you ask?
Jasmin: Well why is your tummy so fat?
Me: Might have something to do with the fact I have just eaten dinner!
And this gem of a question to Arlene the other day:
"So when are you going to get it out?"
She has this perception that you just rock on up to the doctor or hospital whenever you feel like it, and the doctor takes it out of your tummy.
